Luanne is the President and founder of Terra Nova Engineering & Surveying. She has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, and has thirteen years of successful experience as an engineer and Project Manager. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Colorado, Illinois, and Indiana. |

| Quentin N. Armijo, P.E. Quentin is a native of Pueblo, Colorado and a valuable team member on the staff at Terra Nova Engineering. He has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University, and has eight years experience as an engineer. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Colorado. |

| Sid Rubey Sid started as Terra Nova's Information Systems Manager at the company's founding in 2002. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, 1983; has completed all required coursework for a Master's Degree in Computer Science, 2004. He was Honorably Discharged as a Lieutenant, USN, in 1988, and served as a nuclear engineer aboard the aircraft carrier USS NIMITZ. He is a Professional Member of the Association for Computing Machinery. |
