Luanne D. Rubey, P.E.

Luanne is the President and founder of Terra Nova Engineering & Surveying. She has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, and has thirteen years of successful experience as an engineer and Project Manager. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Colorado, Illinois, and Indiana.

Quentin N. Armijo, P.E.

Quentin is a native of Pueblo, Colorado and a valuable team member on the staff at Terra Nova Engineering. He has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University, and has eight years experience as an engineer. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Colorado.

Denise McLeod has demonstrated advancement and accomplishment in nearly 30 years experience in engineering, and 12 years experience in project design and management in the Colorado Springs area.

Sid Rubey

Sid started as Terra Nova's Information Systems Manager at the company's founding in 2002. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, 1983; has completed all required coursework for a Master's Degree in Computer Science, 2004. He was Honorably Discharged as a Lieutenant, USN, in 1988, and served as a nuclear engineer aboard the aircraft carrier USS NIMITZ. He is a Professional Member of the Association for Computing Machinery.
